Antes de nada mostrar mi agradecimiento tanto a Amazon como a Luxurywatches, ya que el reloj lo he comprado desde España y me ha llegado en menos de una semana, en perfecto estado y sin ningún problema en la aduana.
POr lo que respecta al reloj, este Seiko es precioso. Con todo el empaque de un reloj de alta gama, automático y a un precio de lo más interesante.
Con respecto a la precisión, es un automático y como ya es sabido, se atrasan y adelantan todos, hasta los Rolex, como me dijo el relojero donde adapté la correa ayer. Este en concreto según los foros que he leido está en +-20 segundo al dia, pero si lo llevas a un relojero te lo pueden ajustar un poco reduciendo considerablemente el desajuste. Al principio, los primeros meses es normal que hasta que la maquinaria se asienta, se desvaríe un poco más.
La sensación de confort y el tamaño son perfectas, yo tengo la muñeca más bien pequeña para hombre y se adapta perfectamente. El reloj transmite una robustez muy agradable si es lo que estás buscando. Con respecto de estanqueidad, aún no la he comprobado, pero estoy seguro que siendo un japones, no tendré problema.
Para finalizar dos cosas que merecen mención, como comenta el primer review, en el libro de instrucciones se indica que la manilla se puede enroscar girandola hacia la derecha, pero pruebas a hacerlo y no ocurre, sigue girando, esto seguramente sea porque el manual es el mismo que para el mismo calibre pero con resistencia al agua 200 metros.
Por otro lado, los idiomas con los que indica el dia son Inglés y Español. Dudo que los de la tienda hayan tenido en cuenta el país desde el que pedían el reloj y me lo han mandado en mi idioma, pero si fuera así, ya solo me quedaría quitarme el sombrero.

I did not get to see this watch or any Seiko 5 in person. I selected this based on research and user reviews. I wanted a solid automatic watch that looked like a submariner.
I am very pleased with the feel and quality initially. The watch is hefty, not too heavy. It is solid and the band is solid and sturdy with a 2 mechanism clasp. It is packaged very well and has the feel of a luxury watch.
I am not a diver nor do I care about atomic level time precision. The watch keeps fine daily time as far as I can tell.
I am really just blown away at the feel and quality of the watch. It looks great on my wrist. I was concerned it would be to big but am happily surprised that it is just big enough.
The time markers and hands glow in the dark and look great. Over all I can't say anything bad.
My only concern/curiosity is in trying to screw down the knob. I follow the instruction by pushing and turning clockwise. The knob seems to just spin with out coming to stop. I can still pull the knob out to set the hands. I am not sure yet if this is my own ignorance or a watch issue.

Really like this watch. The watch is large and heavy with plenty of stainless steel in it's case.
The case is made in an interesting way that adds to it's uniqueness. The hands and markers glow in the dark and last a long time with only a little light exposure. The rotating bezel is heavy and well made.
The watch keeps time as most automatics do, plus or minus a minute or so a week. A great looking and heavy mans watch !

I just bought this Seiko SNZE97K1 watch and am very surprised in every way. The watch feels sturdy and heavy, it's a lot more durable than it looks like in the picture. The bezel is a bit hard to twist but it's not a big deal. I guess it's hard to twist because it fits well with every other part of the watch, sturdiness. This is the most sturdy and well-built watch I own.
The links are very well intact and feels strong, the band is very heavy! It is the heaviest piece of the watch, the links are held together with split pins.
The watch looks a lot better in person than it does in picture because in the picture, it looks so small. If you see it in person, this watch is HUGE.
The watch itself is very accurate, I don't know how many seconds it loses because I'm not a person who cares much for that. All I know is that it's accurate because it keeps time correctly!
The unique thing about this watch is that it comes with two date languages. I believe one is French while I am 100 percent sure the other is English as I speak English! The day of the week changes twice per day, it shows English for 12 hours then to French for 12 hours. Then restarts at the next day showing English again for the first 12 hours.
The luminosity of this watch at night is just beautiful! The huge chunks of white in the dial glows bright green.
It's hard to believe that this watch has no reviews yet. I am glad I have bought it.
